I am a firm believer that in business, people should get paid for ALL their work. Makes sense, right? So why do some companies insist that you should work sometimes for free? See, Visalus designed their compensation plan to reward a promoter for EVERY person that is brought into the downline. This is not a binary where you get essentially cheated out of half of the people you bring in, thus enriching the founders and the Company by paying THEM on your volume instead of the Distributors ( also known as “breakage” in the mlm industry).
