WYSIWIG: What You See Is What You Get. A 90 Day Challenge to Recreate your Mind, Body and Soul. When I coach people I frequently find myself trying first to get them to tell me their dreams and desires. This is because I know that the results they have in life are a direct result of the thoughts they have dredged up, fermented and anchored in their lives. These thoughts became reality. What they saw was what they got. It all began with the “seeing”. Thoughts become things. Thoughts are pictures in your mind that we examine and our subconscious mind they are held and embraced by your subconscious mind. Keep them long enough and they become real in form.
