What MLPS is not?

To be truthful to all the readers who are looking for a real MLSP review, MLSP is NOT the magic solution to all your MLM / Home based Business prospecting problems.  MLSP is a tool, but is not going to do anything for you if you don’t take action.  My Lead System Pro will help you reach your goals if, and only if you put some time in it and you learn how to work it.  It is a system of tools, but is not a 24 hour ATM for your MLM.

MLSP is, however a VERY profitable Affiliate marketing system.  You make money with the MLSP system by allowing others to subscribe to MLSP and buy relevant training and tools.  There are a very large number of tools for people to buy.  You earn money with each product purchased.

The Pros of Lead System Pro:

 You generate leads for your Home based Business:  That’s the main purpose of MLSP.  People are always searching for ways to find more leads for their home business.  MLSP turns that desire into profits for you.

There are 200+ training videos in their library.  These trainings are VERY current and contain everything you will ever need to know about Internet Marketing. These are taught by people making millions of dollars in Internet Marketing in this current economy.  Tis IS NOT MLM THEORY.  For that alone, MLSP could charge thousands of dollars. I think what we see here in Wazzub, is a VERY brilliant LEAD GENERATION system.  Leads generated for a company, Wazzub, but NOT for the members.  Read on…

Here is the opening promise of Wazzub:

“It’s a fact: companies like Google or Facebook earn billions of $$$ every quarter just because we, the Internet users use their services.

It is time to understand, that we “the users” decide who is earning the big money.

WAZZUB is the first truly global community that pays us “the users”, just for choosing WAZZUB as our homepage.

The more free members we attract, the more money each member will earn.

It is as simple as that; let’s discover The Power of “We”!

 The above is the opening advertising pitch given to prospective members of Wazzub.

The Wazzub website correctly states that ‘the users’ who generate ‘billions of dollars’ for the companies used an example, it fails to mention that these companies, through innovation, filled a void that didn’t exist before and subsequently flourished.  They earned it.  From what I can see, Wazzub is, in my opinion simply using a class warfare approach to get people to hop on board and give up their legitimate contact information in HOPES of getting paid.  It’s working quite well for Wazzub too.

The Wazzub Company

Wazzub provide no information about who is behind the company or who is running it on their website at the time of publication. There is no real person stepping out and putting their credibility on the line.   Leadership is not being openly displayed by Wazzub staff or its owners:  RED FLAG!

If a MLM company is not upfront about who is running things or behind it, be extremely cautious about joining it.  The domain wazzub.com is registered to ‘Internet Global Value Inc.’ operating out of Delaware in the US  This corporation can be confirmed to exist by visiting the State of Delaware website and punching in ‘internet global value’ into an entity search.

There is a website for Internet Global Value Inc., but this domain is registered to a ‘Internet Global Value Inc.’ with an address given as a PO Box in San Fransico, California.  I do note that this registry information hasn’t been updated since the 27th December, 2010 – so it might very well just be out of date. That said, their description of themselves on the website certainly seems to match the company being behind Wazzub;

 ”Internet Global Value (IGV) is listed in all major market places around the globe as an accredited dealer and has access to virtually all the available shares of lucrative Internet Projects.

Because of that, IGV does not limit its clients/investors to only one Internet venture but creates different Portfolio Companies where the client investments are spread amongst quality projects.”

Does that sound suspiciously vague to you?  What other projects these guys are involved in though, if any, remains a mystery. Another red flag.  Wazzub is seeming fairly suspicious.

GIT Global Investments Inc. is registered as a ‘personal Services and Laundries‘ business and appears to have nothing to do with either MLM or the internet.  A ‘Cathy L Halverson’ is listed as a contact for GIT, but who she is or what her network marketing history is (if any) remains unclear.

Cathy Halverson, along with a ‘William B. Halverson’ and ‘David E Halverson’ (are these real names?) all seem to involved in something called ‘Flex World’ and ‘PSG2000′ back in 2004 that was still running in 2006.  Nowhere in the webinars, literature, websites have I seen these names.  Are they the owners?  Do they really exist?  If so, will they prove it?  Are they hiding for some reason?

 The Halversons also appear to have multiple companies in their names in addition to Wazzub;

Hi Detektiv007, has found, but there is the name of Cathy Halverson!

This clan runs a whole host of shell companies and unauthorized banks, sometimes one is Chairman of DAVID E Halverson PSG2000!   More red flags!

Note that these are all Portugese language forums that I’ve linked to auto-translated. To see the relevant bits about Cathy Halverson, do a keyword search for ‘Cathy’.

 All said and done, the person(s) behind Wazzub appears to be less than credible at this stage. Regarding Wazzub disclosing this information themselves, they haven’t and I maintain that not disclosing management and ownership is always a huge red flag when it comes to MLM opportunities.

 The Wazzub Product Line

 Wazzub has no product to retail and instead relies on its members to market the opportunity (joining Wazzub) itself.

This seems to be a clear violation of FTC guidelines and we have seen MANY companies shut down when the sole purpose and cash flow is driven by membership.  We will let the Laws of various countries decide its fate, but this is the classic example of a “pyramid scheme” and NOT an example of a true networking opportunity.

Using Google, here’s how Wazzub describe what they have to offer members:

 ”Last Quarter Google made $3 billion in profits just by displaying ads. That means Google earns on average $1 per month per unique user.

WAZZUB uses exactly the same technology as Google PLUS some additional streams of income.”

What are the ‘additional streams of income’ you ask?

Step by step we will add more and more functions that make WAZZUB the perfect home page:

a powerful search engine, a personalized news section, the best deals on the Internet and amazing entertainment features like videos and skill games, just to name a few.

 So in other words advertising and Daily Deals are going to be making up the bulk of Wazzub’s revenue.

 The Wazzub Compensation Plan

The Wazzub compensation plan revolves around a uni-level structure that pays down 5 levels.

The characteristics of a uni-level organization are such that when you personally recruit someone into Wazzub, a new leg is formed under you. If the person you recruited recruits someone, a new leg is formed under them and this makes up your second level.

Once again if someone on your second level recruits someone, this makes up your third level and so on and so forth. There is no limit to the width of your uni-level organization, so you are free to recruit as many new members into Wazzub as you wish.

For each Wazzub member in your uni-level organization, Wazzub will pay you out a $1 commission.

The company also promises to pay members a share of the revenue generated by the Wazzub portal itself;

“ 50% off all profits will be paid to the members. The other 50% go to the shareholders (Internet Global Value Inc.).”

Beware ‘profit sharing” when the owners of ANY opportunity are not up front about who they are, or their track records with handling other people’s money.   There is NO way to track or account the “Profits”.  

For the time being this looks to be an equal split among  Wazzub members but no doubt there will be some strings attached which will be announced closer to Wazzub’s launch date.  Look for a high Buy in at the top with promises of being “placed “ at the top.  BIG, BIG Red flag!  This is a GUESS, but we have seen this before.

 Joining Wazzub

Being a web search portal, Wazzub is free to join.  All you need to do is surrender your personal information and email address to the Wazzub portal owners.  Does that sound like a good idea to you?  Go for it, if so, but I wont be doing it myself.

If it is free to join, then how does it make money?

The company maintains that Wazzub will be ‘free forever‘ with ‘no hidden fees, nothing to sell, nothing to buy‘, explaining that members ‘just sign up, invite and profit‘.

 So, then how do Wazzub members make money if no one buys anything and no one sells either?  This, too is the trademark of a scam:  “get Rich without doing anything” is their basic line.  Another Red Flag.

 Conclusion

 The big question hanging over the Wazzub opportunity is its ability to generate enough revenue to pay out its members.

The company mentions Facebook, Google and Twitter in its advertising spiels but like I said fails to also mention that each of these companies was successful on their respective innovation they brought to the internet.  These companies buy and sell products and services to make money.  What is Wazzub’s plan?

 Innovation creates demand which in turn attracts users and generates revenue.  So what innovation are Wazzub bringing to the table?  Nothing.

Wazzub state they are using ‘the same technology as Google’. Quite obviously either Wazzub are talking about Google’s search technology (which is free for anyone to use) or AdWords (Google’s advertising platform for advertisers).

From this wording we can ascertain two things, either Wazzub is planning on just creating a search portal around Google Search (using either Adsense or their own internal advertising network), or they are going to create their own search engine and whack either Adsense or their own internal advertising network on it.  I doubt either will happen.  They don’t have the money OR expertise.  If they did, they would show it instead of hiding behind corporate shells.  Something smells funny.

“Because using the site generates money which members get a 50% share of, not withstanding their monthly recruitment commissions?”  That’s their promise.  We will see.

 Notwithstanding the above, I return to my original statement above:  The fact that Wazzub’s recruitment is driving the supposed commission payout is, alone enough to cast a question of legality over the MLM opportunity itself.

Wazzub are currently in its second Pre-Pre Launch until April 9^th : one more RED FLAG.  How many more “Prelaunches” will they have?

And where are all of these email addresses and personal information residing in Wazzub servers?

Here is my best guess:  WAZZUB is a VERY clever Lead generation system perpetrated simply so the owners can gather email addresses and re-sell them to other MLM companies.  If this is true, they stand to pocket a TON of money at the expense of everyone who invested their time, energy and money to perpetuate and “viralize” this so-called opportunity.

 Sorry for you if you went along with Wazzub as a Biz opp. My best guess is the Wazzub scam will fade away like so many others.

Live and learn, but don’t let it sour you to the idea of making money online.

It may be that  they are lazy or unmotivated.  Find some that are not.

Maybe they are afraid.  Cowards are VERY common.  Find some BOLD people.  Become Bold yourself and attract MORE bold people such as yourself.

It may be that they don’t like or  trust you.  It’s not a judgment of you, but rather a symptom that you rushed the relationship and moved too fast.  It may be that they don’t trust very many people.  Don’t take it personally.  They often need more time and gentle persuasion.

It’s very possible they don’t trust THEMSELVES.  It’s not a personal dislik of any person, it’s an insecurity.   A lot of people are insecure and afraid of getting hurt or making mistakes.  So in an effort to defend themselves, they DO NOTHING.  It’s easier to them.

Use this list as a way of qualifying who you will talk with in your business prospecting and you will save yourself a lot of time and trouble in your business building.  Remember that their “objections ‘ are not judgments upon you, your charachtar, or the quality of your business.  Ironically they may be cunfusing themselves with their own poor self image.

Visalus Comp Plan

The Visalus Pay plan.  How does it compare? 

I am a firm believer that in business,  people should get paid for ALL their work.  Makes sense, right?  So why do some companies insist that you should work sometimes for free?

See, Visalusdesigned their compensation plan VERY differently…..

They reward a promoter for EVERY person that is brought into the downline.  This is not a binary where you get essentially cheated out of half of the people you bring in, thus enriching the founders and the Company by paying THEM on your volume instead of the Distributors ( also known as “breakage” in the mlm industry).

A binary system (Such the likes of Mona Vie )  pays you only on your ‘Lesser Leg’, meaning that you add people into your organization into two separate groups.  You add the new people to the group in which you have fewer people.  You get paid only on the volume of that smaller group in that TYPE of pay plan.  When that volume of people or product exceeds the other leg, you get paid on the other (lesser) leg.  The “breakage”, money you earned, but won’t ever see, is paid to someone else; usually the mlm company itself.

Does that seem fair to you?  Not to me.

Join My Team

Instead, the Visalus pay plan has introduced a concept

when one sponsors people personally, and then can actually move them and ‘place” them into any of their legs that need volume.  It is inspiring to be able to group team mates with others that seem compatible or perhaps need the support to break into a new level.  All of the volume counts for everyone.

The point of difference is this: Get paid for ALL your work.  Avoid Binaries. Visalus compensation plan is NOT a binary.

Before you dive into a Network marketing company, examine the comp plan.  Know who the people are and understand how you will be paid.  If you build an organization and find out later that the compensation model is not to your liking, you have two choices: Start over at a different company or simply accept a less than beneficial compensation plan.  Neither will suffice.

See, if you accept this less – than acceptable compensation plan it will bother you.  Not only will you be paid less than you are worth, but you will constantly be nagged with the doubt that you are trying to sell people on something that is less than THEY deserve as well.  Can you live with that?  I hope not.

Get diet advice first.  Go see your Doctor and get blood samples to see your glucose, cholesterol levels, etc.  You may be surprised what you find out, but you need to know before you start to exert dangerous amounts of effort.  Don’t take the chance of dying on a treadmill.

Start slow enough that the process is not torturous.  Too many people think a 90 Day Challenge means they will go from fit to fat in 90 days.  Not true.  A 90 Day challenge is designed to for creating a habit.  Make fitness a lifestyle choice and enjoy the daily benefits.  Set aside the bad habits and substitute new ones in their place.  Embrace it for a lifetime and get rid of the idea that it’s a quick fix.

Be consistent in your 90 Day Challenge.  Daily pressure on a goal will get you there.  Working out hard for a week and not at all for two weeks will be nothing but frustrating and painful.   Do something every day that inches or propels you to your fitness goal.  Ponder the ideas and you will find them endless.

Associate with the right people.  Get some skinny friends.  Seriously; get with someone that has some success and ask questions.  Hire a Personal Trainer if you must.  Get the over eaters away from you.  Alcoholics should not hang out with drunks and over eaters should watch their own friendships as well. You don’t have to be obnoxious about it, but when your obese friends want to take you to lunch, simply decline for now until you form the habits and resolve to pass up the cheesecake.

Research constantly:  Use the 90 Day Challenge period to learn every day something you can implement.  Youtube videos are abundant.  Research is everywhere.  Try new exercises that you learn about.  Do the thinking as a method of meditation.  If you channel your thoughts correctly, you eventually will become what you have thought about.

I could go on for hours on this topic, but time is short and I need to hit the gym right after I have my breakfast.

It worked just as well as I thought that
it would.  We ended up doing about
$60,000 in sales in one day, by giving
