As part of my 90 Day Challenge to lose weight and feel great, I have been doing all of the right things….. Or so I thought. I acted on the advice I got from a Best-selling book (I won’t give the title here) and I think it almost killed me. See, in the book I was advised to eat all the eggs I wanted “in abundance” for a source of lean protein. It turned out to be bad advice I think. After a few months of using eggs to bulk up on protein by eating 3 – 5 eggs daily in addition to other lean meats and protein powder shakes I had my cholesterol checked.
