I am a firm believer that in business, people should get paid for ALL their work. Makes sense, right? So why do some companies insist that you should work sometimes for free? I like to show people how to progress over a 90 day challenge period for their Home based business because almost everyone that gets started in a Home Based Business struggles at first. Ninety days is a reasonable time to focus and get results. A period of 90 days seems to be a time frame that most people will concentrate on anything important to them, whether it’s a home based business, losing weight, or any other meaningful activity.

I was FAT. How did I get this way? I never saw myself as a fat guy, butpictures don’t lie. Somehow, I had ballooned and was over 45 pounds OVER WEIGHT! I was feeling sick. I was ashamed of myself. 45 Pounds of fat I could not walk an ordinary flight of stairs. My Energy levels were GONE My SEX life way going away. I was Fat, Flabby and TIRED all of the time. So, it finally hit me…. If I didn’t do something FAST I was gonna die early. Or worse…. I would live with SERIOUS health problems brought on by my fat, out of shape body. Diabetes. Heart Attack. Stroke. Erectile Dysfunction. Cancer. I DID NOT want to live with one foot in the grave. Too many of my friends had lived and died like that. I thought about my kids and how I would miss out on the best years of their lives. I thought about the Grandchildren I would not be able to hug and play with. It was time to either give up and accept an early death …....OR STAND up and FIGHT for my health. … It was a turning point…. So I took ACTION. I took MASSIVE action, and boy, am I GLAD. That was a little over two years ago. I lost most of the fat and the rest is evaporating…quickly… at almost a pound every two days.
